While we handle all products with care, minor damages to trees or decorations may occur during transportation. Please inspect your items upon delivery and report any significant issues immediately.

Customers must ensure clear and safe access to the delivery location. We are not responsible for delays or inability to deliver due to access issues, including blocked driveways, inaccessible buildings, or restricted parking.

Once installed, customers are responsible for the ongoing stability and safety of the tree. We are not liable for any injuries or damage resulting from a tree falling or being knocked over after installation.

If you have opted for our tree dressing service, please note that we are not responsible for the electrical safety of any lights or decorations used. Customers should ensure that all lights are in good working order and meet appropriate safety standards.

We are not liable for any damage to customer-provided decorations or ornaments during the dressing process. Please ensure that any valuable or fragile items are suitable for handling.

Although unlikely, natural Christmas trees can occasionally harbor insects or pests. We take steps to minimise this risk, but we cannot guarantee a completely pest-free tree.

Trees delivered during periods of extreme cold or heat may be temporarily affected by weather conditions. We recommend allowing the tree to acclimate indoors before final installation to avoid damage.

Custom orders, including specially sourced trees or personalised decorations, are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective. Custom orders are trees over 10ft. Damaged or defective trees are trees that have
snapped tips or significantly misshapen and do not meet the British standard.

Christmas trees are flammable. Customers are responsible for keeping the tree well-watered and away from open flames or heat sources. We are not liable for any fire incidents related to the tree or decorations.

We are not responsible for the disposal of the tree unless you have purchased our tree removal service. Improper disposal of the tree may result in local fines or penalties.
