How do I place an order for a Christmas tree?

You can place an order through our website or by phone.  Simply choose your preferred tree types and size, select your delivery date, and add any additional services like installation or tree dressing.

What Christmas trees do you offer? 

We offer fresh Fraser Fir and Nordmann Fir Christmas trees. Both tree type is available in various sizes to fit your space and preferences.

What areas do you deliver to?

We deliver primarily to Edinburgh, Glasgow and & the Lothians but we can cover the whole of the Central belt. If you’re outside of our standard delivery area, please contact us directly, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

Can I choose a specific delivery date and time?

Yes, during the ordering process, you can select your preferred delivery date. We offer [morning/afternoon/evening] delivery slots.

While we strive to meet your preferred time, exact delivery times cannot be guaranteed due to potential traffic or weather conditions.

Do you offer same-day delivery?

No, but we do offer express delivery which must be placed 24 hours before the delivery date. This incurs an additional cost, please call us on: 0131 664 2143 if your request is urgent. 

What is included in the installation service? 

Our installation service includes setting up your tree in the location of your choice within your home, securing it in a stand (if purchased from us), and ensuring it is upright and stable. We can also provide tree trimming upon request.

What is the tree dressing service?

Our tree dressing service involves decorating your Christmas tree with lights, ornaments, and other decorations selected from our curated collection. Our team will work with you to achieve your desired look.

How do I care for my Christmas tree after delivery?

To keep your tree fresh throughout the holiday season, make sure it has plenty of water. Check the water level daily and refill as needed.

Keep the tree away from heat sources such as fireplaces or radiators.

Turn off Christmas tree lights when not in use to prevent drying out the tree.

What if I’m not satisfied with my tree upon delivery?

We strive for complete customer satisfaction. If you’re not happy with your tree when it’s delivered, please inform our delivery team immediately.

We offer exchanges or refunds for damaged or defective trees as per our Returns and Refunds Policy.

Can I cancel or change my order?

You can cancel or change your order up to 5 days before the scheduled delivery date. Cancellations within 48 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee. Contact our customer service team as soon as possible if you need to make changes.

Do you offer tree removal after the holidays?

Yes, we offer a tree removal service. Our team will pick up your tree after the holidays and dispose of it in an environmentally friendly manner. You can add this service at the time of booking or request it separately.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, Pay Pal, Apple Pay. BACS payment is only available to commercial clients. Payment is required at the time of booking to secure your delivery date and time.

Are there any hidden fees?

No, there are no hidden fees. All costs, including delivery, installation, and any additional services, will be clearly outlined during the booking process.

What should I do if my tree dries out too quickly?

If your tree dries out too quickly despite proper care, please contact us. While we cannot control environmental factors, we may offer solutions or compensation depending on the situation.

Non-Refundable Custom Orders

Custom orders, including specially sourced trees or personalized decorations, are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective. Custom orders are trees over 10ft. Damaged or defective trees are trees that have snapped tips or significantly misshapen and do not meet the British standards.
